Living Framework
This framework is not static. It evolves based on evidence, community input, and rigorous challenge. Every modification is documented here with full rationale. No silent edits. No memory-holing. Complete transparency on what changes and why.
Current Version
Released: December 2025
Initial framework published. Accepting community input for improvements.
Version 1.0
December 1, 2025Framework Launched
Initial publication of the Accountability by Design framework with five core principles:
- Traceability of Decisions
- Mandatory Skin in the Game
- Radical Transparency of Power
- Structural Barriers to Violence
- Sortition for Oversight
This is version 1.0. We expect it to have flaws. Community input and rigorous challenge will drive improvements. The goal is not perfection at launch—it's systematic improvement over time.
What's Next: Actively soliciting challenges to the framework. If you see logical inconsistencies, implementation problems, or have evidence that contradicts our principles, submit via the Propose page.
Donation Transparency
Even though who is behind this project is anonymous, how funds are used is completely transparent.

Just the minimum necessary to maintain the work—server costs, domain registration, anonymous operations infrastructure. Every dollar serves the fight for accountability, not individual profit.
Version Control Philosophy
Like open-source software, this framework improves through community contribution and rigorous testing against reality. Each version is permanently archived. No modifications to past versions. Full transparency on the evolution of ideas.
The goal isn't to be right from the start—it's to be less wrong over time.
